Mission
The St. Anthony Park Community Council is where residents and businesses come together on vital neighborhood interests that enhance the quality of life, strengthen the character and vitality of the community, and ensure the effectiveness of government.
SAPCC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that relies heavily on donations and grant funding. We serve the community by addressing day-to-day community initiatives as well as long term planning. Read some of our important documents:

District Council System
Saint Paul’s District Councils are independent, nonprofit organizations. Each one is governed by a board of directors and employs its own staff. Equitable community engagement is the cornerstone of our work. We build connections within and between communities, play important roles in planning and public policy, and engage the community in work that makes the City and our neighborhoods a better and more sustainable place to live, learn, work and play.
