Arts at 2402 - Nov 20 - Nov 21
The annual Arts At 2402 open studios and sale will take place this year in the Chittenden and Eastman Building (2402 University Avenue West). This event is held each year on the weekend before Thanksgiving. Twenty-five local artists known as the "Masters of the Midway" will open their studio doors, offer refreshments, and be available to talk about their work. The 2402 artists have created a common gallery on the main floor, where artists will display samples of their work together. Many local businesses co-sponsor this event. Artworks includes pottery, paintings, textile art, sculpture, environmental works, urns, jewelry, and much much more. An open studio event featuring fine arts, performing arts and healing arts by artists in the Dow Building at 2242 University Ave (University at Hampden). Hours are Friday, Nove 13 from 6-10PM and Saturday, Nov 14 from 12 - 6PM. For more info, go to Do The Dow.
Saint Paul Arts Crawl Oct 9 - Sun Oct 11
Join local artists Linda Bryan, Linda Crouch, Karlyn Eckman and others in the Chittenden and Eastman Building (2402 University Avenue West) for the Saint Paul Art Crawl. Artists on the 5th floor of the building will open their studio doors to display new works. Crawl hours are Friday October 9 from 6pm - 10pm, Saturday October 10 from noon to 8pm, Sunday October 11 from noon to 5pm.
