Working to preserve the arts district in the Raymond and University Area, a group of artists and residents are exploring ways to continue to keep arts and creative enterprises stable and thriving. Arts at 2402 - November
The annual Arts At 2402 open studios and sale at the Chittenden and Eastman Building (2402 University Avenue West)is held each year on the weekend before Thanksgiving. Twenty-five local artists known as the "Masters of the Midway" will open their studio doors, offer refreshments, and be available to talk about their work. The 2402 artists have created a common gallery on the main floor, where artists will display samples of their work together. Many local businesses co-sponsor this event. Do The Dow - November

Saint Paul Arts Crawl - April and October
Join local artists Linda Bryan, Linda Crouch, Karlyn Eckman and others in the Chittenden and Eastman Building (2402 University Avenue West) for the Saint Paul Art Crawl. Artists on the 5th floor of the building will open their studio doors to display new works.
