Please give us feedback on these two new concepts created by Kathleen Anglo at the City of Saint Paul Park's design department. These concepts are draft designs with the goal of generating feedback. We are not picking between the two concepts and deciding which one will be implemented. We will combine, add, and subtract elements as necessary with the goal of coming as close as possible to a community consensus.
