Every year, each district councils nominate three people for their exceptional service to their neighborhood who are placed on the Honor Roll. The people who have been chosen to add to the Honor Roll for 2009 in St. Anthony Park:
Ranae Hanson for her perfect mix of good humor and gravity in leading the Community Council for the past 6 yrs and always focusing on the fairest solutions to issues.
Alice Hausmann for her superb leadership in the State Legislature, always focusing on the issues that unite rather than divide us.
Tim Wulling for his long-time activitism in St. Anthony Park Neighbors for Peace, and more recently, the catalyst for a group supporting environmentally responsible community living. A brilliant communicator, he advances peace and justice through email, creative skits, meticulous research, letters to editors and politicians, and letterpress-printed poetry.
