Luther Seminary and Lifestyle Communities have entered into a purchase agreement for the future acquisition of the Luther Seminary Lower Campus, which includes Northwestern Hall, Stub Hall, Breck Woods, and crosses the border into City of Lauderdale.

The Saint Anthony Park Community Council at its April 3rd, 2025 meeting, determined that the potential redevelopment project necessitated proactive community input and adopted a resolution to establish a Task Force. The Task Force serves in an advisory capacity only, reporting to the Council, and will engage the developer fairly and impartially to refine plans before broader neighborhood review.

To date, Lifestyle Communities has hosted several Open Houses to share development concepts and gather community thoughts and feedback.

On June 10th, Luther Seminary announced their intent to sell the remaining portion of their campus, with operations scheduled to conclude at the end of the 2026/2027 school year. See the announcement here.

As more information is available, this webpage will continue to be updated.

The Community Council will also receive updates from the Task Force at its monthly meetings.
