Our January 31st Equity Committee welcomed local renters and HOME line, an organization that provides free and low-cost legal, organizing, education, and advocacy services so that tenants throughout Minnesota can solve their rental housing problems.
HOME line answered questions regarding concerns around safety, sanitation and security in apartment settings along with coaching on how to create a resident advocacy group to address these concerns and know your rights as a renter.

Renter’s Advisory Council
The Equity Committee is interested in starting a Renter’s Advisory Council that would pursue renters rights throughout St. Anthony Park through organization, education, and advocacy. If you’re interested in joining something like this, please contact jessica@sapcc.org.
