SAP Library Basement Community Room
While negotiations have been at a standstill since August 2016, recently City staff and the neighbors of the library have come to an agreed-upon price to sell the land. Councilmember Stark will be hosting a community meeting to discuss this issue, and will have Library, Real Estate, and City Attorney staff at the meeting as well. The sale of the land will also require a public hearing at the City Council, but we wanted to have a community meeting first, as that is a better forum to share information and answer questions. The community meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 6, from 6-7:30pm, in the basement community room of the St. Anthony Park Library.
