Explore the 2026 Community Garage Sale
The St. Anthony Park Community Garage Sale is back! On Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19, neighbors throughout District 12 will open their garages, yards, and driveways to bargain hunters, collectors, and curious neighbors.
This year’s participating sales include furniture, clothing, toys, books, tools, sports equipment, collectibles, vintage finds, household goods, art, decor, baking and cooking items, and plenty of unexpected treasures.
Each sale sets its own days and hours. Use the interactive map and directory below to plan your route before heading out.
Want to Host a Sale? There’s Still Time!
The regular registration deadline for the 2026 Community Garage Sale is Tuesday, September 15, but we can continue adding late registrations to the online Garage Sale map through Thursday, September 17.
If you would still like to participate, register your garage, yard, driveway, organization, or business and we will add your location to the online map and sale directory as long as we receive your information by Thursday.

Participating households will be displaying the official St. Anthony Park Community Garage Sale sign in their yards. If you see this sign while you’re out exploring, you’ve found one of the neighborhood sale sites!

2026 Garage Sale Directory
A-Z by street, with multiple sales on the same street listed together in numerical order.
Dates: Friday, September 18 & Saturday, September 19
Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day
Items: Three former Anthropologie employees are doing their annual wardrobe clean-out! Expect clothing in various sizes, household items, and miscellaneous treasures.
Dates: Friday, September 18 & Saturday, September 19
Hours: Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Items: Wall art, home decor, household linens and essentials, women’s and men’s clothing, tech items, home repair items, fitness equipment including bikes, and other fun finds.
Details: Corner of Knapp and Hillside. Sale is on the Hillside and garage side of the house.
Dates: Friday, September 18 & Saturday, September 19
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM both days
Items: Adult and kids’ clothing, vintage wear, and miscellaneous items

Make a Weekend of It with ChromaZone
The Creative Enterprise Zone is hosting the 2026 ChromaZone Mural & Art Festival from September 17 – 19, bringing murals, artists, creative spaces, local businesses, and special events to the neighborhood.
Garage sale shoppers are encouraged to explore the full ChromaZone event calendar and make time for the art, activities, businesses, and neighborhood destinations happening throughout the weekend.
Hosting a sale? Help spread the word to shoppers who stop by. With the Community Garage Sale and ChromaZone happening together, there is plenty for neighbors and visitors to discover throughout St. Anthony Park.

The Community Garage Sale is about more than finding a bargain. Giving useful items another life keeps materials out of the waste stream while creating an easy reason to walk the neighborhood, meet someone new, and explore St. Anthony Park.
