About the Community Garage Sale

Get ready for the St. Anthony Park Community Garage Sale, a neighborhood tradition centered on treasure hunting, sustainability, and connection. On Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19, 2026, households across District 12 will open their garages, yards, and driveways with furniture, antiques, tools, toys, clothing, books, handmade items, household goods, and much more.

This annual event is about more than finding great deals. By giving pre-loved items a new home, we reduce waste, keep useful goods out of landfills, and strengthen connections among neighbors.

Whether you are hosting a sale, searching for hidden treasures, or simply enjoying a walk through the neighborhood, we hope you will join us for this community-wide weekend.

The Creative Enterprise Zone will host the 2026 ChromaZone Mural & Art Festival from September 17 – 19, bringing murals, artists, creative spaces, local businesses, and special events to the neighborhood.

We encourage garage sale shoppers to explore the full ChromaZone event calendar and make time to experience the art, activities, and neighborhood destinations taking place throughout the weekend.

Hosting a sale? Help us welcome visitors by mentioning ChromaZone to shoppers who stop by. Together, our sale sites can help neighbors and visitors discover everything happening across the community.

With both events happening together, we hope neighbors will spend the day exploring, meeting one another, supporting local artists and businesses, and finding a few treasures along the way.
