Friday Weather Is Affecting Some Sale Schedules
Because of Friday’s wet weather, some participating households have adjusted their schedules while others are continuing as planned.
The Community Garage Sale is still happening. Some locations remain open Friday and Saturday, several sales were always scheduled for Saturday only, some households have moved their Friday sale to Sunday, September 20, and some sellers have added Sunday to their weekend schedule.
To make planning easier, each sale listing below includes the latest weather status reported to SAPCC. Look for CONFIRMED, WEATHER UPDATE, or NO WEATHER CHANGES REPORTED.
Please check this page before heading out. SAPCC will continue updating the map and directory if participating households report additional changes.

The St. Anthony Park Community Garage Sale is back! Neighbors throughout District 12 are opening their garages, yards, and driveways to bargain hunters, collectors, and curious neighbors.
This year’s participating sales include furniture, clothing, toys, books, tools, sports equipment, antiques, collectibles, vintage finds, household goods, art, decor, baking and cooking items, and plenty of unexpected treasures.
Each sale sets its own days and hours. Use the interactive map and directory below for the latest information before heading out.

2026 Garage Sale Directory
Sales are listed A-Z by street, with multiple sales on the same street arranged numerically by address. Weather statuses reflect the latest information reported to SAPCC.
Items: Blu-rays, CDs, clothing, home decor, coins, Star Wars toys and collectibles, golf clubs, bikes, a sleigh bed frame, an inflatable kiddie pool, piano keys, video game systems, and miscellaneous finds.
Dates: Friday, September 18 & Saturday, September 19
Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day
Weather Update: Confirmed open Friday and Saturday, rain or shine.
Items: Three former Anthropologie employees are doing their annual wardrobe clean-out! Expect clothing in various sizes, household items, and miscellaneous treasures.
Dates: Friday, September 18 & Saturday, September 19
Hours: Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Items: Wall art, home decor, household linens and essentials, women’s and men’s clothing, tech items, home repair items, fitness equipment including bikes, and other fun finds.
Details: Corner of Knapp and Hillside. Sale is on the Hillside and garage side of the house.
Dates: Friday, September 18 & Saturday, September 19
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM both days
Items: Adult and kids’ clothing, vintage wear, and miscellaneous items
Details: Front of the house on Valentine Avenue.

Make a Weekend of It with ChromaZone
The Creative Enterprise Zone is hosting the 2026 ChromaZone Mural & Art Festival from September 17 – 19, bringing murals, artists, creative spaces, local businesses, and special events to the neighborhood.
Garage sale shoppers are encouraged to explore the full ChromaZone event calendar and make time for the art, activities, businesses, and neighborhood destinations happening throughout the weekend.
Hosting a sale? Help spread the word to shoppers who stop by. With the Community Garage Sale and ChromaZone happening together, there is plenty for neighbors and visitors to discover throughout St. Anthony Park.
