In partnership with the St. Anthony Park Community Foundation we are planning a public educational event for SAP residents on Homelessness and Housing Insecurity on Thursday, October 28th, 2021 |6-7:30pm.
This virtual event would strive to inform and educate our community on the growing issues of Homelessness and Housing Insecurity, as well as better equip all with resources to assist fellow citizens in times of need.
We will be inviting speakers from the Twin Cities to share their expertise and offer insight into the systemic and experiential causes of homelessness and housing insecurity. In addition, they will be sharing resources and thoughts on how the average community member can advocate for not only systemic changes, but to engage and advocate for their neighbors that might be experiencing these problems.
The program will provide time for formal comments from speakers, responses to questions from the host and a community Q&A.
